Elizabeth grew up on the Olympia Peninsula in the heart of the evergreen forests.

She attributes her early artistic development to the encouragement of her parents as she developed interests in creative and scientific projects as well as subjects ranging from Middle Eastern dance, theatre set design, and marine and fresh water biology.

Over the years, she has worked in acrylic and polymer beads.
Her real passion, however, is in glass and what she calls "the illusion of perpetual fluidity".

Working for hours using a small gas torch, she has become a master at the creation of intricate glass beads which may be grouped or gathered into finished jewelry sets. She has also perfected a line of beautiful tiny perfume bottles.

She is expanding her artistic talents to include glass painting, kilnwork and glassblowing.

Elizabeth is currently an active member of the Columbia Gorge Chapter of the Oregon Glass Guild.

Her works may be seen at the Harvest Festival in Hood River, and at Artisan's or the Glassworks in White Salmon.
